GetWingman.chat provides a price and promotion tracking system for online products. By submitting a product link, our system monitors price changes, availability (such as BOGO promotions), and other parameters. You are notified via WhatsApp when tracked conditions are met.

2. Available Plans

The Starter Plan allows monitoring of one (1) active link. Users may upgrade to any other paid plans to unlock multiple links and enhanced monitoring capabilities. Certain paid plan features may require payment of fees which will be clearly disclosed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

3. Responsible Use

Users agree to use the service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing. Abuse of the system may result in termination of access.

4. Data Privacy

GetWingman.chat collects information including your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and product links exclusively for service functionality. This data will not be sold or shared with third parties and if we are sharing information may be only username and product search so your favorite brands can support your demands. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

5. Communication

By registering, you agree to receive automated WhatsApp messages from GetWingman.chat. These include alerts for price drops, BOGO offers, motivational messages, and updates about your tracked links. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or going straight to your Stripe Portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

GetWingman.chat does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party promotions, prices, or products. You acknowledge that tracked deals are subject to change and assume all risk in relying on system notifications.

7. Referral Links and Offers

GetWingman.chat may provide alternative links to third-party sites that offer better prices or promotional deals. Some of these links may be affiliate or referral links, which may result in Wingman.chat earning a commission if you make a purchase. You are under no obligation to use these links. They are provided as optional opportunities for your convenience. GetWingman.chat will never switch the product you’re tracking without your input. All recommendations are suggestions only.

8. Service Suspension

GetWingman.chat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access for violating these terms or for misuse of the platform.
