GetWingman.chat provides an AI-powered system to track discounts, promotions (including BOGO offers), availability, and other product conditions.Users submit product links through WhatsApp.The system monitors changes and notifies users when tracked conditions are met.Monitoring is credit-based and limited by the subscription plan selected.
Starter Plan: Allows tracking of one (1) active product link. Paid Plans (Entry, Growth, Scale): Allow multiple simultaneous product links, increased credits, and additional features. Each plan includes a fixed number of monthly credits. Actions such as scans, daily checks, or BOGO requests deduct credits according to the published credit table. Credits renew monthly and do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, plan limits, or credit allocations at any time, with changes posted on our website.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized in writing. Automated scraping beyond the scope of the Service, misuse of referral links, or abusive behavior will result in suspension or termination.
We collect and store only the data necessary for service functionality: name, email address, WhatsApp number, and submitted product links. Data is used solely to operate the Service. Information may be anonymized and aggregated (e.g., popular products or demand signals) for the purpose of negotiating better deals with brands. We will never sell or disclose personal information to third parties. Users may request permanent deletion of their data by contacting support@getwingmanventuresai.com
By registering, you consent to receive automated WhatsApp messages. These may include:Price drop alertsBOGO and promotion notificationsDaily “Good Morning” scan reports. Updates on plan usage (credits, slots)You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or managing preferences through your Stripe customer portal.
Wingman may suggest alternative purchase links when available. Some links may be affiliate/referral links generating commissions for Wingman. You are under no obligation to use these links.
GetWingman.chat may provide alternative links to third-party sites that offer better prices or promotional deals. Some of these links may be affiliate or referral links, which may result in Wingman.chat earning a commission if you make a purchase. You are under no obligation to use these links. They are provided as optional opportunities for your convenience. If a valid product link is not provided, the system may return errors or inaccurate results, given the current beta status of the platform.
Wingman reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: Abuse or misuse of the Service, Violations of these Terms, Fraudulent or unlawful activity
Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use GetWingman.chat.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of State of Florida, United States of America. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
These terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be published on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised term
