The official launch of GetWingman also marks the birth of a new software category: Stickware. Software that sticks with you, right where you already are.
The truth is, Wingman was born days ago — but I didn’t have the perfect moment to share it until now.
Building something as a solopreneur means you’re constantly fighting against procrastination. What helped me push forward wasn’t magic — it was leaning on simple methods that kept me moving when things got overwhelming.
Sometimes it was the 80/20 rule: focusing only on the small part of the work that drives most of the progress. Other times, it was the Lean Methodology: launch, learn, and improve instead of waiting for perfection. I also relied on baby steps — breaking big tasks into tiny wins — and even time blocking, protecting hours in my day just to make sure Wingman kept moving forward.
None of it was flawless, but together it was enough to beat procrastination and keep momentum alive. And that’s why today, I can finally say: Wingman is here, and with it, Stickware was born.
Stickware is software that sticks with you in the channel you already use.
You don’t need to install an app or learn something new.
As here for example with Getwingman that ives in WhatsApp — always present, always helpful, always on your side.
Just as the world once learned about Software, Hardware, and Middleware,
today marks the arrival of the next generation: Stickware.
And GetWingman is the very first Stickware.
This post is here as a witness and a marker:
the official day when Stickware took its first step into the world.
